Mobel Gazebo Rental Guidelines

1. The gazebo can only be rented and reserved if there is no wedding or other event scheduled on the requested day at the Community Center.
2. The rental charge for a single event is $30.00 for a community center member.
3. The rental charge for a single event is $50.00 for a non-member.
4. The rental charge for a single event that would like access to FCC restrooms is an additional $20.00.
5. The gazebo will be available to a renter if they have reserved the Community Room or the Mobel Room at no charge.
6. Renters using the gazebo are required to remove all trash and debris from the gazebo and surrounding grounds and failure to do so will result in a $25.00 charge.
7. The gazebo will be made available to not-for-profit groups at no charge.
8. Renters are permitted to decorate the gazebo without nails, screws, or any other method that damages the structure in anyway.
9. Renters are responsible for any damage to the gazebo.
10. The gazebo can be reserved by contacting the community center’s booking manager.
